The answer is yes and no. Most OM's are a waypoints in the procedure. MM,s and IM's are mostly gone now and are only used for Cat II and Cat III approaches now. GPS is use in place of the markers in most cases. On certain EFIS systems the markers will show up, Chelton for example.
You will need a receiver to feed the EFIS.

If you are executing an ILS approach, do I assume correctly that the OM/MM/IM are displayed as waypoints on the screen?
If so, is a marker beacon receiver redundant/no longer required?
