Take a look at the space around the door frame when closed and no door seal p=
ressure.  Anywhere it is more than a quarter inch is too much and may not se=
al.  I recently modified the shape of the door frame to get the space down t=
o about a sixteenth of an inch almost all the way around.  That should fix y=
our problem.
