i bought the airplane as a backup and have gone to another plan. part of which is selling the Cessna 340 as well

the following work has been done in the last 90 days.

both turbos overhauled
complete new exhaust system
new egt probes
new disk brakes and pads
one new cylinder
many minor items dealt with

main radios 

MX20
UPSAT GX60

fresh annual condition report

the airplane is now in spruce creek at Fibercraft where Matthew is going over it in detail to bring it to "EXCELLENT"

the total time is 2180 and engine time is 580 hours.

part of the issue is that the previous owner flew the airplane a lot and did not do the above work that was needed.
when i get into the plane, it will be ready.

this is a good airplane and i have priced it to sell. i think that the real price of a Lancair 4 is $135-150,000.
you can ask anything you want; but if you want someone to buy.

THEN
  price it fairly and it will sell. if you do not want to buy at  this price, i understand.  understand i do not want to sell it for less.
