Jon,

Going to do my best. I'm based about 6nm away so it's hard not to make it
for this one!

2 questions:
1) is there a particular window of time, or it is just all day?
2) I'm confused at the 'no transponder' requirement when this is inside the
Mode C veil for the Bravo.
