Jay: Attached is the XLS file of the checklist I use and it was developed by Jim Vosters, builder and original owner of my Legacy.  I find it comprehensive and the 5x8 format fits nicely into the small POH binders.  Adjust it for your own purposes.

Is there a checklist or requirement list anywhere for our annual condition inspection?  I can’t find it anything online!  (I want to make sure the one I’ve been using is good.)
