An accident happened about twenty year= s ago or so and was reported in Aviation Safety.  It's one that you nev= er forget because the perfectly running Cessna slammed into mountainous terr= ain while basically flying straight and level.  The female occupant end= ed up with her head somewhere under the pilot side instrument panel and the p= ilot's clothing was in sufficient disarray that the diagnosis was fairly cle= ar.  You just have to wonder after all these years if he was able to ac= hieve the happy ending before the lights went out.  No report in the ar= ticle about body fluids so we are left to ponder.
