I am = heading overseas again so no Osh Kosh this year; maybe, next year. = My initial thoughts are that the qualified pilot be one that has = experience in experimental aircraft; preferably similar make and model. = The question is how do you define qualified? It would be nice for = most to be able to utilize a pilot from their local flying community. = I would think the goal is to eliminate the use of a young and = newly minted CFI or the person who has not flown consistently over the = last few years. Some qualifiers to consider but not necessarily = hard and fast requirements are below:

Experimental Build = Experience
