The Fore Flight webpage has some advice on the 'legality' of using Fore Flight on an iPad instead of paper.  For part 91 operations, there seems to be an easy way to satisfy the Regs.

(First two flights of N24XE was June 3 with Dave McRae at the controls.  All went well.  Working on a few small squawks now.)
