It's easy!   Drink a bottle of tea (see photo) which helps keep you alert on your longer flights.  It has nice wide opening for easy aiming and won't crinkle or leak due to pressure differential when you land.  As an added bonus, you throw it away after you land and you don't have a nasty tube ( and another hole) growing lab experiments in your airplane!
