I installed the probe on the left wing aileron bell crank inspection panel, away from exhaust gas and radiant heat.  Works well here.  Ran wire through the conduit leading to the speed brakes then over to the panel, a straight shot.  I put a molex connector right at the probe for easy removal of the panel or replacement of the probe.  Bob Young
