I'm probably wrong.  I thought I saw suction cups but I wasn't looking closely and probably just mis-remembered.  It could have been double-sticky tape after all.  That wasn't the focus of my investigation.  As Jim says, the shades accordion back and the tracks are very small.  It looked like a very nice product.  Koger sunshades from Vans Aircraft.
