Brent mentioned he didn't know how to fly when building his IV-P.

Being the analytical fellow that you are, how did you approach the flight
training for the IV-P?  Obviously, the quality of training was and is
critical...

My spouse will be starting from scratch.  Many of us may find your insight
valuable.
