Jerry, I believe I have installed in my LNC2 something that comes close to
what you have in mind (not on all points, but close).

Marv has seen fit to publish pictures about a year ago of my system. Two
over-center levers, one on each side, lockable from the outside, easy to
manipulate and doing a good job for nearly 600 hours of airplane time.

If you're going to be at the Redmond bash, look me up. I'm flying an early
235, white with a single blue stripe. Be gald to show it to you.
