this sale should give us an interesting view on the saleability of our airplanes.
clearly this is a "short sale;" that is the bank does not want to own it and the seller does not want to pay the shortfall to the bank.
the seller is "under water" or "upside down" in the loan v. value department
and in all likelihood the buyer is going to have to show "proof of funds"
