I have had two offline requests for the data and considered posting it to the web site.  However ... even though there were no restrictions when it was provided to me, I think it's only fair to Hartzell to keep it off this public web site.  Accordingly, I am providing it directly to those who request it and only asking that they agree not to deliver it to a competitor, and not to publish it without Hartzell's permission.
