Rob Wolf, In regards to your question about flap motor current for the LNC2,
I measured the current draw on my 320 kit purchased in 1989. The initial
surge at start-up is about 4 amperes. The normal running current on the
ground is less than 1 ampere. In flight, lowering the flaps with wind
resistance, the current will be more than this. I have not measured the
current in-flight. In any case, the current will never be more than about 4
amperes because the internal resistance of the motor is about 3 ohms.
(12/3=4). I used a 5 amp circuit breaker as shown in the construction
manual and have never had it trip.
