Stan, the back seat already had a mounting point for the reels so I just attached the two shoulder points with a swivel bushing.  The mount is a phenolic block that doubles onto the backrest.  I think it would hold a good load.   An option would be two blocks but either way should be an easy install for the shoulder straps.  Pic follows:
