Ready to do the ipad mini for inflight charts, VFR, IFR low alt, approach plates.

Any help on ordering options would be greatly appreciated!

I'm under impression 16gb is enough.

I recently subscribed to Flight Guide IFR (but have't been able to use it yet).   

WiFi is standard, does 3g or 4g work in the air?  Already have a 3g receiver gaget from Verizon (for my home apple computer).

What's the story on gps connection?
