Bob ... Reference: "How about
a blockage in the fuel system?"
The engine runs great at WOT in the climb ... the only problem is when I lean
past the last cylinder
peaking ... the low pressure warning bell goes off!!! I do not think it is a
blockage problem??? No
trash was noted in the fuel filter screen?????
Paul ....."So, where is the
transducer for pressure and what are the flows at takeoff and cruise and did
they change? And, from experience, check the cowling and other areas for
blue staining and flag any aroma of avgas in the cockpit as a show
stopper."
There
is NO change in takeoff and cruise pressure / fuel flow - until I go lean of
lean! There is no
indication of any fuel leaking what so ever???
I am planning on cranking up the
fuel pressure on the fuel pump and see if this will make any difference???? It
could be an indicator problem I guess??? Will see if I can get closer to 32
psi at takeoff power and if so if I can still get below 40
LOP???
Thanks for the inputs ... Blue
