Last week I received the fuel pump cooling shroud I had ordered from Aircraft Spruce following a recommendation from a fellow LMLer.  Following installation and testing I can confirm that this simple, inexpensive change completely eliminated my engine surge issues.  I want to sincerely thank all those that responded to my call for help as once again I was able to fix a problem as a direct result of input from this list.
