Use Chemseal from Aircraft Spruce to make a formed in place pressure seal under the edge of the bucket. Much better than silicone.

A popular mod is to secure the prepreg cover to the LG box permanently, and cut a couple inserts for actuator inspection.
These are much more easily sealed.
