The prop has been on my O-320 for 7 years and over 1,000 hours. The prop has been over-sped twice. Last year I had the prop resealed and inspected by the H & S Propeller Shop in White Lake, Mi near KPTK. The prop shaft had slightly increased in size and a couple of thousands needed to be milled off. The shaft is phenolic and not aluminum. No other problems were found. The nickel leading edge is as sharp as new. I really like this prop. I had Hartzell props in the past. Lorn (Feathers) Olsen 248-345-0500
