Also there is a requirement for insurers (at least for some property policies) to send out notices in advance of renewal that they MAY cancel. It provides adequate notice in case they do decide to cancel. I have misread those in the past as notice that they would not renew and then found this was not the case.
Check on that to be certain.

I just heard from my insurance broker that my L4 insurance was cancelled. I have 3300TT and 1100TT in my IV. No claims ever, always paid up, etc. Anyone else having issues? You can contact me offline if need be.
