I am about to begin construction of the flaps. The construction manual says that “The flap halves bond together at the T.E in a different manner than other surfaces………See Fig 238 which illustrates how the T.E. bonds together” (page 257 & 258)

Unless I am missing something, Fig 238 has nothing to do with bonding the T.E. I am therefore wondering if anyone out there can advise what “different” method is supposed to be used when bonding the trailing edges if the flaps.

I really appreciate the pool of knowledge and experience there is out there in LML land! Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
