I recently traded up my light speed XL15 headset for the new Blue Tooth Sierra Model, through lightspeeds trade up program.  This is probably the best headset I have ever used. The quality is far superior to anything I have seen in 30+ years of aviation. They gave me 250.00 towards the purchase of the Sierra, which is on sale for 600.00.  net cost out of pocket was about 350.00 for the best headset I have ever used.  I am not affiliated with the company, just wanted to pass on the info.
