They're in the well of the spark plug, where the spring from
the wire contacts...under a screw head that screws down and
keeps them in.  At least on the stuff I've seen photos
of. Never taken one out, myself.

I'm curious, because I'm using the Unison Iridium plugs,
and I have no clue as to if you can buy resistors at all.
If not, then the point is moot....all you can do is ohm
the plugs and if they are not in spec, put in new plugs.
But, if I can buy resistors...well then hey, I'll stock up
on a half dozen.
