Where do
you buy resistors as a stand-alone product? I don't think I've ever seen
them...only new plugs?

massive plugs. I change my resisters on the Iridium plugs whenever they go
high. I have more than 1,000 hours on the plugs and they look like new. All of
the resisters have been changed at least once. >> >>

Both Magnetos had to go back on and I've never timed them before so it took me
a few days to get the equipment and make sure I did everything
correctly. Today, with the help of Ed Martin we timed the newly IRAN'd
mags to 22 degrees BTDC and then tested everything by hand to make sure we had
sparks and in the right order. we rotated all by hand for a while just
to make sure everything went well and because I had that previous Niagara
adapter problem. I then had an idea to review a past LML note about
resistors in Champion spark plugs. The top plugs were removed so I
decided to check them for fun. >>> >>> Out of the top
6 plugs, the resistances were 65,000 ohms to 2.5

normal and 5000 would be the upper limit. I did not test the bottom six
plugs. They are probably original plugs with 500 hours, massives and I
guess Chapter 7 means new plugs which are probably
overdue. >>> >>> Tomorrow we put fuel to the io550 and
