Uh, I've only been a pilot since 1989. Since that's less than 22
years, does that count? After all, I judiciously called the local pilot
training school to start ab initio instruction immediately after I ordered
the Lancair 320 slow build kit (thank heavens it was a slow build). Mature
people are better able to evaluate risk and take note that young people are
not the only ones that should have all the fun. If'n you don't want
danger, stay in bed in your A-bomb proof 1950's underground shelter.
Mature (ageless) individuals like fast devices to compensate for the
limited time left (Mature = past the point of no return).
The Safety Blurb is complete drivel, bombastic as it was, surely
written by some decrepit moderate of the era, it was nothing more that
balderdash. (Youths may need a dictionary for the archaic language usage
contained herein).

PS Was that Hap Arnold, aged 53 in 1939?
Wait -- is ANYONE on this list
less than 47 years old? Never mind. I don't want to hear about it!
