I’ve been using Foreflight for several months now and I love it.  I’ve heard/read numerous reviews of both.  There are some obvious differences with pros and cons for both but the bottom line is that it seems Foreflight is the product of choice if you prefer IFR while WingX is better for VFR.  But, I haven’t used WingX so I can’t verify.
