I ended up scabbing 2 x 4's onto the sides of my table. I was forced to cut off the end two feet of HDPE and use a wider piece. It is now 52" and that is barely wide enough. Countersinks also gave me fits. My stash of aluminum cutting c'sinks do not cut carbon or E-glass well at all, leaving a frayed looking chamfer. I bought a six fluted c'sink from my local tool supply and it works well. It has no pilot and only three flutes cut; the other three are wiper flutes. I don't use a micro stop as it has no threads. Just be darn careful! If anyone has knowledge of a good multi-fluted c'sink with the 1/4-20 threaded shank... please shout it out. It would be nice to be able to use a micro stop... I asked A/C Spruce to look for one but got no response.
