One was empty and we simply = turned and landed on the crosswind runway, the other was on a GCA, at = night, with 9 passengers. I was in the right seat, which was not height = adjustable, so I instructed the pilot to fly the airplane all the way to = the ground, full flaps, and go between the trees if necessary. He did = exactly that and the only injury was one of the passengers scraped his = shin as he exited the aircraft. The landing light is out on the left = wing, so we never saw the olive tree we hit with the right wing, just at = touchdown and spun 90 degrees to the right tearing off the main landing = gear. The point is, "FLY THE AIRPLANE ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND!!! = Everything else is secondary. Giff Marr LIV-P N229GM Really getting close to first engine start.=
