Should be available to a thread search. For a short answer, I have about the same set-up as you, Tom: a L-235 powered by a Lyc O-235-L2C (though I do have the high compression pistons installed) and I couldn't make the IVO Magnum work. Kept breaking the metal tape tell-tales on the hub in only a few minutes of flight. I tried a two-blade and then a three-blade with the same results. Ivo himself came down to the hangar (I was in so. Cal. aat the time) to be sure I was installing the prop and torquing the bolts correctly (I was) and then tried knurling the front and back plates hoping to get a better bite on the blade roots - didn't help. In all fairness to Ivo, I must say he stood by his product and, when we had exhausted all the things he could think of to fix the problem, he bought the prop back. As far as I'm concerned, I don't recommend the prop on your particular airframe/engine combination. However, and it's a big however, each experimental aircraft is truly a one of a kind beasty and mine could very well be the one in a thousand that wouldn't work with Ivo's prop. So, if you must try it, get a commitment from the manufacurer that he'll take it back if you have an insoluable problem with it, as I did. (Incidentally, I'm happily flying behind a MT electric CS prop now and wouldn't trade it for anything [well, almost anything - there ARE limits to everything!]).
