I also bought my 320 already built about 18 months ago.  I had the dumb luck to find an A&P/CFII in Arlington, VA who was a previous 320 owner with 400 hours in type.  If your some place in the Southeast, I can put you on to him. The folks at the factory are also very helpful.  Orin Riddell, one of the factory pilots, put me on to a good 360 that was for sale nearby.  Couldn't make a deal, but it was a good airplane.  Expect to pay $70-80K for a well equipped machine.
