We have never had a problem with getting orders shipped.  Vern has had the items needed out the next day, via UPS.  Many of you, I am sure, have access to, or have your own UPS or FEDX accounts.  If so, have him charge to those accounts, rather than their rates, as you may have better discounts with those carriers.  I know we do, and it has helped tremendously.  Pat and Susan Brunner
