Luckily I made it over the grass, back onto the concrete and to the Lancair parking area, where I shut down and helpers were there to move the plane on the grass to a parking space. A couple of days later a Lancair taxiing in the grass destroyed his propeller when his nose wheel went over a soft spot. This was after they had had some more rain. Be careful!
