Do your rigging of the aileron = while you have the inboard top skin off. You absolutely NEVER want to = take that rod end out of the idler arm in the gear well. The better way = is to unscrew your outboard push rod from the rod end bolted within that = idler arm and simply screw it back in and tighten the lock nut when it's = re-rigged.=20 That whole assemble is near impossible to re-assemble once the wing skin = has been bonded. (It can be done, but not fun at all AND those spacers = need to sandwich the rod end). Hope this helps and it's not too late, Don Barnes=
