Hi Danny,

I am N= OT questioning your intentions.

I am NOT questioning your integrity.=

I am NOT questioning what you are doing.

But......

Can you please tell us who you are and how you have found yourself in
po= ssession of a Letter of Marque from the FAA in this investigation?

B= efore you question my motives, I will explain them concisely as: "once=
almost bitten, twice shy."

The last time a private party approa= ched me soliciting information for
the FAA, it turned out to be a front = for lawyers collecting data for a
class action lawsuit. The fundamental = difference between the situations
is that I was dealing with a certified engine in a Mooney and here we
ar= e talking experimental engines. But as I said before: "once almost
= bitten, twice shy."

Regards,

Hamid
