Can you please tell us who you are and how you have found yourself in possession of a Letter of Marque from the FAA in this investigation? Before you question my motives, I will explain them concisely as: "once almost bitten, twice shy." The last time a private party approached me soliciting information for the FAA, it turned out to be a front for lawyers collecting data for a class action lawsuit. The fundamental difference between the situations is that I was dealing with a certified engine in a Mooney and here we are talking experimental engines.
