I've confirmed the FAA is looking into the indiscretions of Performance Engines.  I've been asked to assist in gathering information from the experimental community regarding any failures or other findings you may have regarding your PE overhauled engines.  Please send any information you may have directly to me.  Pictures are very helpful.  I'll provide feedback as this develops.  For clarificaiton, the FAA has no interest in malicious prosecution.  But items such as this have cost many of you thousans fo dollars unneccessarily and put your lives ar significant risk.  If PE is truely acting in an unethical manner, they must be stopped.
