I am based at Visalia - just a short hop south of Fresno. Fresno is a good stop. I would recommend Corporate Air for FBO services. They do a great job & are friendly. Have a short term crew car or longer term rentals. Fuel a bit pricey as one may expect at larger fields. Chandler is ok - less services, I think they have self serve fuel, but no FBO or cars to my knowledge.  Field is a little short for the kind of temperature you can expect this time of year in Fresno.Also on the rough side of town. A friend of mine went in there, and someone shot a hole in his wing! Luckily enough, missed any fuel tanks!

Sierra sky park is pretty much a fly in housing community - I dont know what if any services they have. Good luck!

Also a great fly in destination for someone wanting a bit of fun & fishing - I would recommend Tsunia Lake Lodge. www.tsuniahlakelodge.com.
This place is in BC Canada not too far from williams lake. They have a good quality turf strip, and the accomodations and fishing are superb!. Every turn of your head is like a post card! Check it out! (PS  - no I do not own interest or stock in the place)
