It is a Fram Racing HPG1 Fuel Filter that was recommended by Glasair many years ago. It has a heavy steel housing about 3.5" in diameter and is about 5.5" tall. The replaceable fiber filter element is pleated and has a lot (like 10 times the filter area of a typical Cessna filter). I can send or post a photo if anyone is interested. My intention was to use it on the 320 I was building back in 1999. I had heard all the fuel contamination stories on early flights of composite airframes and figured it was good insurance for the fly off hours. I paid $65 for it, I'll sell it for $35 plus shipping.
