I have 1/4" lines from each wing tank to header tank and on final assembly, will install in-line filters in these lines. If I had it to do over again, all the fuel lines would be 3/8" and.....I would not blindly follow the construction manual. I've run about 50gal into and out of the header tank at this point and have confidence that this tank is clean. Filtering fuel from the wing tanks in addition to the gascolator screen ought to work just fine. Angier N4ZQ
