...reminds me of something Don Goetz told me many years ago. "...and by the
way, Bob, if I'm going to test fly your airplane, I'll want to see all the
parts we sent you in the kit that you felt were not required..." This remark
came just after making an engine out landing in the first flight of a
2-seater... Seems the builder thought the fuel tank baffles were a potential
failure point, and chose not to install them...
