Gus,
The 235 flies just fine if you have high performance aircraft experience or
can get it. It is better if it has a 320 engine as the 235 may be a bit
underpowered in some situations such as hot air temperatures, high field
elevations, or at full gross weight, and of course any combination of
these.
Sit in the plane and make sure you fit with the canopy closed and a headset
on. The cockpit is compact, so large (weight and/or height)
pilot/passenger may be a tight fit. The pedals can usually be adjusted to
accommodate leg length unless you are very tall.
It is somewhat important to have the upgraded nose gear strut arrangement
over the original rubber donut trailing/castering nose gear setup.
The original will work ok, but needs to be kept tight as they have
a tendency to shimmy which will result in nose gear failure in a matter of
seconds.
There are other upgrades which are also important, but can be taken care of
without much issue.

I
am negotiating on the purchase of a 235 built in early 1991. Does the
airplane fly as well as it looks? Not sure how old this address is but any
information will be appreciated.. Thanks,
