 Hi Marv,

 I'm interested also .

And maybe I could help build them with you.

Not to try to steal your project.  I have a CNC Bridgeport that may
be very helpful to make any precision machined parts that are repetitive or
otherwise difficult.

If you are interested in this offer, maybe you have a drawing you could
attach to an e-mail that I could look at.......

If not, I'm still interested in a finished unit.

[Thanks for the offer, Mark.  The mounting plate is the only part that requires straight-ahead milling machine work, and at that it's only for drilling the holes. While my mill isn't CNC it does have digital readouts, so I can do this small quantity of parts on it faster than the time required to pack up the blanks and fiddle with shipping.   I'm having the plates laser cut as it's the least expensive and quiickest way to create the oddball dog-house shape in relatively thin material with the least amount of waste.  Most everything else is either lathe work or gear making, so I'll probably just do all that stuff in my little shop. If it turns out that there's enough of a particular operation that would benefit from some CNC work we'll talk about the possibility.  In the meantime I'll add you to the list.    <Marv>    ]
