This is one of two eBay Audi HID’s in our Legacy.  I used about 1/3 of a factory lens, and amazingly the small width does not reduce the light pattern.  Everything was mounted on a tray so it can be removed if necessary for service (thanks Leighton for that idea).  It has a Precise Flight flasher that they say will have a 2000+ hour life for all components.  I really like the effect, I have been told it looks like someone is arc welding on the wings in flight.
