The part I need is the transparent amber plastic cover on the front of the unit that covers the numeric LEDs. Mine has slowly curled at the ends and is peeling off. The SL-70 just below is okay, however, so it seems the batch of glue used on the SL-30 cover was not as good as on the SL-70. Is this part something that can be ordered? Mine has curled too much to be re-glued. I checked the Garmin website, and they just show a flat fee of about $450 for repair of an SL-30. Anyone know how to go about getting this part? Thanks.
