I purchased my static wick kit at the Lancair Labor Day fly-in in 1997. I just opened the little sealed box with the adhesive last month. Riight!! The shelf life printed on the container said that it expired 12/97. I ordered more adhesive last month. It arrived with an expiration date of 07/00. Sooo, a word to the wise, dont order your static wick kit until you are ready to install it. At $ 75 a pop for adhesive, you dont want to make any mistakes.
