On 10/12/1999 - I talked with Kevin McGinnis at Jeffco. They have a new hardener 3103. It is less Corrosive, 25 min. pot life, 500 cps viscosity (thinner than current hardener which is 1200 cps). Being thinner, it will wet the glass more easily. I live near Houston, TX and like to have time to walk from my workbench to the plane before the lay-up starts smoking. Jeffco Fuel tank sealant has a shelf life published now of 2 years but Kevin says the sealant will last many years if stored properly. Ranny Fullinwider N588ER (Next Fall?)
