I happen to be one of the people that has experienced a window blow out at
FL
230, so I think I have some first hand knowledge.  I do not need to go into
all the details, but will provide a few.  Our plane had 60 Hrs. with most
of
the flights pressurized.  We pressure tested the fuselage on the ground to
7 that's why
I'm
building a 360 now, just can't do without a Lancair..
